Send us an invoice and get paid.
You have done the work. Here is how to invoice us for a participant we plan-manage, what to put on it, and what happens once it reaches us.

Sending us an invoice
One invoice per submission, and make sure the participant is named on it so we know whose plan it comes out of.
Get paid faster
Check your invoice before you send it. If anything's missing, you'll know straight away, so we can pay you without coming back to you first.
Email your invoice to our accounts team
Send it to accounts@alphaplanmanagement.com.au with the participant's name on the invoice. One invoice per email is easiest for us to process.
If you would rather talk it through, call 1300 290 602.
What happens after you send it
We check it
We make sure the invoice has what it needs and that the participant has funding available for it.
We claim and pay
Payment comes out of the participant's plan, not out of their own pocket, and the remittance comes to you.
If something is missing, we come back to you
An invoice we cannot match to a participant or to available funding will be queried rather than quietly held.
When it is worth ringing us
If you have not heard anything and the work was a while ago, call 1300 290 602 and ask. If you have just sent it through, give it a little time first.
Not sure we are the plan manager?
The participant will know, and their plan will say. If they are with us, their invoices come to us rather than to them.
Looking for a form?
Service agreements and the forms our coordinators use are on the resources page.
What to put on your invoice
We are confirming the exact requirements with our accounts team and will list them here. In the meantime, send your usual tax invoice and make sure the participant it relates to is named on it.
