Just had your plan approved? Start here.
You do not need to know how any of this works yet. Tell us a little about where you are up to, and a person will call you back and talk you through it.

What happens next
Three steps. The paperwork is ours, not yours.
Fill in the short form
Your name, how to reach you, and roughly where you are up to. Nothing else. No plan documents and no NDIS number at this stage.
We call you back
We explain what a plan manager does for you, answer whatever you want to ask, and tell you what we would need to get going. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
You sign when you are ready
Only then do we ask for the service agreement and the details that go with it. It is the last step, not the first.
Tell us where you are up to
Short on purpose. We will call you back rather than send you a form to fill in.
Would you rather just talk to someone?
A person will pick up. That is often the faster way when you are not sure what to ask.
Still working out what a plan manager is?
Fair enough. It is not obvious and nobody explains it well.
Ready for the service agreement?
If you have already spoken to us and you are ready to sign, download the service agreement, fill it in and email it back to us. Or ring us and we will send it to you.
