We are an NDIS registered plan management provider based in Fullarton, South Australia, working with participants around the country. Plan management is a service business, so the things that matter are whether somebody picks up the phone and whether your providers get paid.
What we are here to do
We stand for all that is possible. Our goal is to support you to get the greatest benefit from the NDIS while having the freedom to enjoy life.
In practice that means the paperwork is ours. We pay your providers, keep the records the NDIS asks for, track your budgets and give you independent advice at whatever stage you are at, whether that is starting a plan, finding providers, getting ready for a review or moving from another plan manager.

Jo McLaren manages Alpha Plan Management nationally and has done since well before the team grew. If something is not working, she is reachable.
